Refunds will only be processed via the original method of payment.

We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product was delivered damaged
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The delivery packaging has not been opened

In such cases, please contact us immediately and return the item in its original, unopened packaging. Upon inspection, we will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped via a registered courier service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use, tampering, or are not returned in their original condition.
  • Shipping and handling costs (both to and from the customer) are non-refundable.

In the case of refunds, the bank transaction fees are also non-refundable, as these fees are retained by the payment providers and not returned to us.
