We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and detailed. However, as each rug is handcrafted, minor variations in size, colour, and design are to be expected and are considered a mark of its uniqueness and authenticity.

Colours

Please note that the colours displayed on your screen may not perfectly reflect the actual hues of the product, as they can vary depending on your device’s screen settings and ambient lighting. Additionally, colours may appear differently under natural sunlight or other lighting conditions.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. As each rug is one of a kind, we typically carry only a single piece per design. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is accepted from major credit/debit cards.

Taxes are not included in the prices.

Delivery

We deliver our products across the UK. Local shipping within the UK will be handled by Bafandegi Rugs.

Tracking number will be shared with the customers once the order is dispatched.

Deliveries within UK cities will be completed within 7-10 working days.

We currently offer delivery across the UK for a standard courier charge of GBP 15.

To avoid any delays, kindly ensure you provide your full address along with accurate contact details.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Shipments can not be delivered to PO Boxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you to follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and, in this case, we won’t be responsible.

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule the delivery to a different address. The customer will have to contact the respective courier company for further actions or a solution.
